About shipping
We currently offer shipping only within Japan addresses. And please note that we may not be able to ship to PO boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.
However, if you live outside of Japan, you may be able to shop at the brand's international website.
Shipping schedule
If your order is completed by 11:00 a.m. on a business day, we will ship it on the same day. For orders completed after 11:00 a.m., we will ship them on the next business day.
Our business days are weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. However, please note that the business will be closed during the summer break (August 13th to 16th) and the winter break (December 29th to January 3rd).
If the vacation period includes a Saturday or Sunday, an additional holiday may be taken. Please refer to our business days.
For information on the delivery date of your order, please contact the shipping company with the tracking number after it has been shipped. For information regarding the delivery date of your order, please contact the shipping company using the tracking number after the product has been shipped.
Shipping charges
For an order is 5,000 JPY (including taxes) or more in a single transaction, the shipping fee will be waived. For orders less than 5,000 JPY, the following shipping charges will apply.
- By Standard Delivery
- 825JPY (incl. tax)
- To Okinawa, remote islands and some regions 1,628JPY (incl. tax)
- By Nekopos (delivery to a mailbox)
- 330JPY (incl. tax)
