When you place an order with us, we will automatically send you an "Order Confirmation" mail when your order is complete. However, depending on your email service, mail application or provider settings, you may not be able to receive this email.
Depending on your provider or your own settings, emails may be sorted into spam folders.
If the email was not received in your spam or junk mail folder, please check your email reception settings, such as "domain-specific reception" and "rejection of emails from PCs," and set them up so that you can receive emails from the stylebike.jp domain. Also, please change your email filter settings, etc., if necessary.
To check the status of your order, click the chat button at the bottom right of the screen. You can check this by contacting us via "Track your order", but to do so you will need the order number (starting with SB4C) and the email address of the person who placed the order .
If you do not know your order number, please complete your email reception settings and contact us using the chat button to let us know that you do not know your order number.
