Our business hours

Our business hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. However, please note that the business will be closed during the summer break (August 13th to 16th) and the winter break (December 29th to January 3rd).
If the vacation period includes a Saturday or Sunday, an additional holiday may be taken.

Please be aware of the following points regarding orders and inquiries on holidays.

• We will accept Orders and Inquiries on the holidays, but we will ship and respond to on the next business day.
• For Orders to be paid by bank transfer, we will send the bank transfer details on the next business day.
