When returning an item, please use a service that allows you to refer to the delivery record using a tracking number (inquiry number, waybill number, etc.). Below are some easy-to-use services (other services than those listed below can also be used as long as they are tracking capable). If your returned item is lost via regular or unrecorded mail, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
There are also delivery services that allow you to print address labels (waybills) from your computer or smartphone, as well as services that offer discounts by using special labels.

For return shipping Please do not attach labels directly to the product or product packaging. You may use the box or shipping bag (envelope) that the product came in. In that case, please remove or cover the old label.
